The most awaited film of the year is sequel of ‘Ardaas’ which was released in 2016 and now its sequel ‘Ardaas Karaan’ is hitting the theatres soon. The team of the film decided to release chapters of it one by one instead of releasing the trailer. Its teaser just left the audience with intense eyes but the chapter 1 has forced us to get into tears.
The starting of the chapter 1 is showing some kids playing with a tire and on the backdrop Gippy Grewal’s voice over is there which is very deep and directly getting down to souls. His line like ‘Ardaas Karaan pyareyo nikle veham bharam da kurha’ are said in such a way which has already left a great impression on viewers mind. Furthermore, there are number of many such kind of lines which are carrying meaningful elements.
His voice is full of expressions and intensity and the lines which he is saying are related to the every sequence shown in the video. All the scenes are well connected and have some meaning. Sardar Sohi is shown in a pandit character and Rana Jung Bahadur is playing a muslim’s character. Now lets see what the story of the film will portray with these religions.
‘Ardaas Karaan’ is written by Gippy Grewal which is also directed and produced by him. Screenplay of it is by Rana Ranbir and Gippy himself. This kind of cinema is always proved as a turning point of punjabi industry. We hope this upcoming film will also give a new phase to Pollywood. ‘Ardaas Karaan’ is all set to release on 19th July, 2019.
